Mar 2020: Our paper entitled “Investigation of Machine Learning Approaches for Traumatic Brain Injury Classification via EEG Assessment in Mice” in collaboration with Profs. Miranda Lim (OHSU), Nikil Dutt (UCI), and Amir Rahmani (UCI) was published in Sensors MDPI. Congratulations to Manoj and Salar for your pioneering first step in this field!
Mar 2020: Our NSF proposal #1936519 entitled “Elucidation of bioelectromechanics in cardiomyocyte proliferation after injury” in collaboration with Dr. Juhyun Lee at UT Arlington is awarded. Our team will have $450k and 3 years to investigate the role of Notch signalling in heart regeneration using the zebrafish model. Link.
Aug 2019: Our lab was awarded with a $1M grant under the NSF’s Integrative Strategies for Understanding Neural and Cognitive Systems (NCS) program under a collaboration with Prof. Miranda Lim’s group at OHSU!
